AGREEMENT

Upon accessing the members’ portal, the member is required to electronically sign the Agreement, which serves as their contract. The Agreement contains the following main terms:

  • The bond amount is equivalent to 2 weeks of rent.
  • Rent is paid on a fortnightly basis.
  • A cleaning fee is charged during checkout.
  • Bed sheets are not provided by Friendstay.
  • Basic kitchen utensils are provided by Friendstay.
  • Friendstay provides one set of keys per bedroom.
  • The bond is refunded by Friendstay within 2 weeks of checkout.
  • If the member’s plan includes bills, Friendstay covers average consumption. Any excess consumption is added to the next invoice.

 Friendstay Terms and Conditions

Parties

Friendstay Pty Ltd is an accommodation provider based in New South Wales and also operating in Queensland, Australia under the ABN 20 638 324 875.

You, as a natural person, become a FriendStay member by accepting this agreement subject to strict compliance of FriendStay terms and conditions.

Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between Friendstay and you

 By accepting this agreement with Friendstay, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including its appendices.

The term of this agreement is 12 weeks commencing on your first rent payment date. If the agreement is canceled during the first 12 weeks  a penalty fee of the value of 2 weeks of rent will be applied. 

There is no maximum stay

The termination date must be after the 12 weeks of minimum stay have been completed, unless stated in writing by FriendStay otherwise.If you wish to cancel this agreement you must provide a cancellation notice through the member’s portal. This cancellation notice must be sent at least 21 days prior to the requested termination date. Failure to comply with the 21 days cancellation notice and/or 12 weeks minimum stay will imply a penalty fee of the value of 2 weeks of rent. 

This agreement is not canceled unless either of the parties cancels it.

If you are relocated within Friendstay’s portfolio, a new agreement will be created and its term of 12 weeks commences on the first rent payment date for the new place you are relocating to. 

No tenancy is created by this agreement.

If the Terms and Conditions have been accepted, but the fees have not been paid, the agreement is not valid. 

This agreement only includes accommodation unless stated in writing by Friendstay otherwise. [ Refer to item 12 of these terms and conditions]        

                                                              

Communication

 

All communication between you and Friendstay shall be in writing through the member’s portal or by email. [Refer to Appendix 01 – Contact List].

Friendstay may contact you through the contact details provided for registration (email and mobile number), if necessary. 

Friendstay operates under Friendstay’s privacy policy which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and other applicable privacy laws and regulations. 

It is your responsibility to inform Friendstay of any change in personal/contact details.

You may contact Friendstay through Friendstay’s  Operations mobile number in cases of urgency. [Refer to Appendix 01 – Contact List].

 

 

Urgency repairs are defined as follows:

  • A burst water service
  • A blocked or broken lavatory system, in premises where there is only one bathroom.
  • A serious roof leak
  • A Gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the electricity supply to the premises. Only in cases where this premise is the only one affected in the building.
  • If needed you may contact the public bodies, such as police, locksmith, fireman, plumber, etc.

  • You agree to open a request in the member’s portal for repair and maintenance enquiries. 

Check in 

Check ins are scheduled after 2:30pm and will be arranged according to the availability of Friendstay and you. 

Friendstay does not hold check ins on Sundays. If you request to check in on a Sunday, it will be automatically moved to the next business day available and the rent will be charged from the next business day, unless stated by Friendstay in writing otherwise.

Check-ins can be self-check-ins or can be done by one of Friendstay´s team members. In cases of self-check in, instructions of how to access the accommodation will be shared with you previous to the check in time.

Any condition that needs to be reported upon check in, must be sent by email by you to Friendstay´s operations team, within three calendar days after the check in. Friendstay does not take any responsibility for any condition reported after that period of time, and you may be charged for any damage. Friendstay recommends the attachment of pictures to clearly illustrate the conditions described.  [Refer to Appendix 1 – Contact List]

If you face any issue during check in, and there is no Friendstay representative (e.g. self-check in), you may contact Friendstay through the operations mobile phone. [Refer to Appendix 1 – Contact List] 

Check Out

Check outs are at 10 am or before unless previously agreed in writing by Friendstay otherwise 

Friendstay does not hold checkouts on Sundays. If your leave notice has a termination date on a Sunday, it will be automatically moved to the next business day available and the rent will be charged until the next business day unless stated in writing by Friendstay otherwise. 

Check-outs can be self-check-outs or can be done by one of Friendstay´s team members. In cases of self-check out, instructions of how to return the keys of the accommodation will be shared with you previous to the check out time.

Cleaning Fee

Upon every check out, a mandatory general cleaning fee applies. If the  premises require a deep cleaning  extra charges will be charged (Refer to Appendix 2 – Cleaning Fees)

The checkout cleaning fee does not affect the Guest’s obligation to clean the premises during the stay. The rooms and the common areas should remain clean at all times.

The checkout cleaning fee will be charged every time you request a checkout of any type of accommodation we provide. This includes the cases where you are relocating within Friendstay’s portfolio. The cost may change and vary according to the type of accommodation.[Refer to Appendix 2 – Cleaning Fees]

The checkout cleaning fee does not include professional carpet cleaning. If a professional carpet cleaning is needed an extra fee will be charged. [Refer to Appendix 2 – Cleaning Fees] 

The checkout cleaning fee only includes a general cleaning, if the premises require any other cleaning an extra fee will be charged. [Refer to Appendix 2 – Cleaning Fees]

Removal of Member´s Possessions and Rubish

 

Before your checkout, you must remove any and all of your possessions and rubbish from the Premises and/or Unit. If you fail to remove any or all of your possessions or rubbish from the Premises and/or Unit, FriendStay shall be entitled to remove and or dispose of the possessions or rubbish in the Premises and/or Unit and may charge a removal fee at the discretion of FriendStay. If FriendStay incurs a removal fee, FriendStay shall be entitled to deduct such removal fee from the Security Deposit.

Rent

Rent covers your cost of stay only, unless stated in writing by Friendstay otherwise.

Rent is payable fortnightly and in advance at all times, unless stated in writing by Friendstay otherwise.

The rent will be either deducted from your credit, debit card, or bank account, or received by bank transfer or PayPal. (Refer to Appendix 3 – Payment details)

 A penalty fee of AUD $30 will be applied to your next fortnight payment if payment is rejected or bank transfer is received up to 2 days after its due date. If rent is not received by day 3, Friendstay will charge you AUD$ 20 for each day of delay.

If the outstanding rent has not been received three days after its due date, Friendstay has the right to charge fees, and also to:

Terminate this agreement regardless of the 12 weeks fixed term;

Evict you with a 3-day notice;

Engage debt collectors to assist with recovering the amounts owed, which could affect ability to rent properties in the future;

Use the security deposit as compensation for any rental loss.

If you are behind on payment, any discount granted may be canceled without any further notice.        

You cannot sell nor transfer your agreement

You will receive at least 21 day’s notice of changes in rent fees. The notice will specify the increased rent and the day from which it is payable. You must be aware the rent increase will be adjusted automatically on the direct debit system (if applicable).

If you are experiencing financial hardships, you must contact Friendstay before the next rent due date. [Refer to Appendix 1 – Contact List]

Rent cannot be withheld due to maintenance issues. You need to ensure that the rent is paid (in full) by the due date.

If your bank account/credit card does not have funds available on the day before the payment due date, the direct debit may not be processed, and you may be charged by your bank and by Friendstay.           

If Friendstay must reapply for direct debit due to misinformation in the account details provided by you or lack of funds, the bank may apply a fee which will be charged to you.                

Any discount applied may be terminated when the minimum stay has been completed, you will receive a notification from FriendStay.       

         

Inventory

  • Your living room will include: sofa, TV unit, TV dining table and chairs
  • Your room will include: bed, mattress, bedside table
  • FriendStay does not provide: Bedsheets, fitted sheets, pillows, duvet covers, pillow covers
  • Your kitchen will include: washing machine, one set of pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and microwave.
  • None of these items should be removed from the premises at any time
  • You agree to keep all items provided by Friendstay in clean and undamaged condition  (considering normal wear and tear).

Keys

All keys received on check in and any other key received during your stay needs to be returned on your checkout ( including the additional keys requested by you during the tenancy). Failure to do so will imply a penalty fee (AUD$ 35) plus the cost of all the keys that have not been returned. These costs may be added to your next invoice or may be deducted from the amount of the security deposit to be returned to you within two weeks of the termination of this agreement.

If you have lost any key you must inform Friendstay’s operations team as soon as possible. [Please refer to Appendix 1 – Contact List]

If you have informed Friendstay of the loss of your key less than 24 hours prior to your checkout time, you will be charged a penalty fee of $65  plus the cost of the replacement key. These costs may be added to your next invoice or may be deducted from the amount of the security deposit to be returned to you within two weeks of the termination of this agreement.

Friendstay provides one set of keys per bedroom. If you are sharing your bedroom with another member of Friendstay and therefore need an extra key or fob/swipe card you will need to request it to Friendstay’s operations team through the member’s portal. The costs associated with an order of any additional key or fob/swipe card  may vary according to the premises and will be charged to you. These costs may be added to your next invoice or in a separate invoice. Friendstay can only order an extra key and/or fob and/or swipe card if it has been authorized by the strata and property owner. If the strata and/or property owner does not authorize an additional key to be issued, your order will be canceled and the additional key will not be provided nor charged.

Security Deposit


A security deposit equalling 2 weeks of rent must be paid on the acceptance of this agreement. 

The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks from the termination date of this agreement to the bank account details sent by you to Friendstay’s finance team through the member’s portal. If no bank details are provided within 2 weeks from the termination of this agreement, the security deposit will not be refunded.

Upon termination of this agreement, the condition of the premises will be examined and any breach in these terms and conditions will be analyzed. These may affect the amount of security deposit that will be refunded to you.

Services

Payment for the use of additional services such as cleaning or transport will be direct debited from your registered card or added to your next rent invoice or added to a separate invoice once you request them via FriendStay’s members portal. You will be liable for the costs of any service requested through FriendStay’s members portal under your username.

If your membership includes internet, an internet connection will be available for unlimited access, however, FriendStay reserves the right to bar connection in the case of excessive or illegal use. You acknowledge that the Services will be shared with other housemates of FriendStay.

If your membership includes internet and you are facing problems with it,  you may contact Friendstay’s  operations team through the member’s portal to authorize you to access Friendstay internet account by contacting the internet provider technical support to conduct troubleshooting. Friendstay will not be held responsible for problems with the internet connection.

In cases where there is no power in the neighborhood, you may contact the power provider company to review the issue. Friendstay is not held responsible for any damage in the electrical network in the area.

The member agrees not to abuse or mistreat any persons employed by FriendStay or damage or mistreat any equipment provided by FriendStay as part of the Services.

Fair Use of water, electricity and gas

If your membership includes water and/or electricity and/or gas, Friendstay will financially cover reasonable consumption of these services, the included allowance does not allow for excessive use. If consumption goes beyond reasonable, Friendstay reserves the right to charge you for the extra costs. [Refer to Appendix 03  – Utilities Fees]

Friendstay is not held responsible for any interruptions and losses that may occur due to the interruptions of services provided by third parties. 

Insurance

You agree that you are solely responsible for the security of your property in the premises. It is your responsibility to secure your own property which you bring to the premise and for your own liability to third parties. FriendStay strongly recommends that you secure your property.

Termination

Friendstay reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with a 3 day notice if the terms and conditions and/or its appendices are violated regardless of the minimum stay agreed.

Friendstay reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the agreement between Friendstay and the property owner of the premises has been terminated.

Friendstay has the right to terminate the agreement, withhold services including security deposit, restrict entry into the premise and shall have a general lien on all of your property physically situated on any part of Friendstay premises: where you have failed to pay for the rent or services in accordance with this agreement and/or where you have breached any term of this agreement and fail to remedy that breach within 3 days of being requested by FriendStay to do so.

Upon the termination or determination of this agreement for any cause, you shall promptly and peacefully give vacant possession of the Premises in the condition and state of repair required under the section Use and Care of Premises of this Agreement and at the same time hand over all keys and access cards.

Use and Care of the Premises

  • You agree to take care of the Premises and to keep it in a clean condition. Failure to do so will imply a penalty fee to cover cleaning costs. [ Refer to Appendix 02- Cleaning Fees] 
  • You agree not to make alterations or additions or install heavy equipment to the Premises without the written consent of FriendStay.
  • You agree to ensure that nothing is done that might prejudice any insurance that the Landlord has in relation to the Premises.
  • You agree to ensure that rubbish or waste matter is not accumulated on the Premises. You agree to ensure all refuse and rubbish is regularly removed.
  • You agree not to cause or permit a nuisance. You agree to strictly keep the noise level down at a permissible level between the hours of 10.00PM to 8.00AM so as not to cause a sound nuisance or in any way interfere with the quiet or comfort of the occupants of the apartment, of the adjoining buildings or any other adjoining occupiers of the neighborhood. In the event that the member causes a sound nuisance or does not comply with any of the local authorities, penalties will apply. If the unit is occupied by more than one member and the occupant causing the sound nuisance is not identified, the penalty will be equally split among all members.
  • You agree not to smoke inside the Premises.
  • You agree not to use the Premises for any immoral or illegal purposes
  • You agree not to keep any pets in the premises at any time, unless approved in writing by Friendstay.
  • You agree not to interfere, or cause or permit interference, with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of neighbors and members of FriendStay.
  • You agree not to intentionally or negligently cause or permit any damage to the premises.
  • You agree not to cause or permit people who are not authorized by FriendStay to occupy or reside in the premises at any time.
  • You agree to notify Friendstay’s operations team as soon as practicable of any damage to the premises through the member’s portal.
  • FriendStay membership does not give the right to exclusively occupy the premises. FriendStay can access the premises (including bedrooms) at any time if necessary.
  • You agree not to do or permit to be done upon the Premises, the Common Areas and/or the Unit anything which is against the law, anti-social, or which may be or become a harassment, nuisance or annoyance to or in any way interfere with the quiet or comfort of the other occupants of the Unit, building or neighborhood.
  • You agree to comply with any and all rules, regulations, by-laws of the Management Corporation, safety, administration, security, and other matters in respect of the Premises and/or Unit, and the development where the Premises and/or Unit is situated.
  • You agree not to store or bring upon the Premises, Common Area and/or Unit or any part thereof, any arms, ammunition or unlawful goods, gun-powders, salt petre, chemicals, petrol, kerosene, gas or any goods or things which in the opinion of the Landlord are of an obnoxious, dangerous, or hazardous nature, or any explosive or combustible substance or keeping of which may contravene local rules, regulations or by-laws.
  • You agree to permit FriendStay and its partners, real estate agents, prospective purchasers, prospective tenants, employees, surveyors and workmen (if any) to enter upon the Premises between the hours of 7 am to 8 pm for viewing the Premises for the purpose of sale or letting the same, the viewing the condition of the Premises and/or the doing of such works as may be required for any repairs thereto.
  • You agree to permit property owners to access the property for routine inspections and agree to maintain the premises tidy and clean.
  • You agree to take special care of the items provided with the residential premises including any furniture, furnishings and appliances
  • You agree to put nothing down any sink, toilet or drain likely to cause obstruction or damage. Failure to do so will imply a penalty fee.
  • You agree to do no decorating that involves painting, marking or defacing the residential premises or fixing posters without the prior written consent of FriendStay. Failure to do so will imply a penalty fee.
  • You agree to keep the whole of the Premises and the Common Areas in clean, proper and sanitary condition, and to comply with all obligations imposed to you under the applicable rules and regulations materially affecting health and safety with respect to the Premises and Effect;, and to indemnify and to hold FriendStay harmless from all fines, penalties and costs for violations or non-compliance by you with any said laws, requirements or regulations, and from all liability arising out of any violations or non-compliance.
  • In the event of pest infestation of the Premises, Common Areas and/or Unit, where such infestation is caused and/or contributed to by you, you shall without delay engage a reputable pest control company, to exterminate the pests. You shall bear the costs (solely, in the case where the infestation is caused by or contributed to by only one member; or equally, in the case where the infestation is caused by or contributed to by more than one member) of engaging such contractor.
  • You agree to ensure that the kitchen dishes, cooking utensils and appliances are adequately washed, cleaned, and stored, where applicable, after use of the same.
  • You agree not to dispose of any unwanted items outside of the Unit or in the development except at the designated disposal area.
  • You agree to register as a new resident following the by-laws on the premises upon check in. 

Liability

FriendStay, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees, contractors and agents (“FriendStay Parties”) shall not be liable for any theft, loss or damage from the premise, howsoever occurring or for any damage done to the furniture or other effects of any other member in the premises by the caretaker, cleaners or any employees, contractors, agents or invitees of FriendStay. 

The FriendStay parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of information resulting from communications or data failure including voice, communication and the Internet.

Inspections

Once your or/ and any flatmates leave notice is activated, you accept to give access and permit inspections to be held in the premises (including your bedroom). You commit to maintain the premises in a reasonable state at all times. 

Repairs

You agree to repair in a proper way any damage to the premises and fixtures and fittings resulting from neglect, omission or a deliberate or careless act or a breach of any condition of this agreement by you or any person who enters or is upon the premises with your consent or sufferance. If he/she fails to do so, FriendStay may do so at your expense.  

Invoices 

Any invoice issued by FriendStay to its members shall constitute a formal demand for payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your membership at any time from FriendStay’s members portal. No penalty fee will apply when complying with the minimum stay of 12 weeks and give a minimum cancellation notice of 21 days. Failure to comply with the minimum stay and/or the minimum leave notice will incur a penalty fee equal to 2 weeks of rent which will be deducted from your security deposit.

Refunds will be processed through FriendStay member’s portal.

Updates to these Terms and Conditions and its Appendixes

 

These Terms and Conditions and its Appendixes are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion. You acknowledge that our premises, and the services we offer at any of our premises, are also subject to change from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately, unless stated otherwise. Where possible we will give you reasonable notice of changes and the date they take effect.

RENT

Rent is due every fortnight, with the first payment due on the check-in date. Payments should be made to Friendstay’s bank account using the following details:

CLEANING

Prior to moving in, professional cleaning will be conducted at the premises. A cleaning fee will be added to your final rent invoice, as the premises are also expected to be professionally cleaned when you leave. The cleaning fee varies according to your premises. It is important to note that you must remove all your personal belongings and rubbish despite the scheduled cleaning to avoid any additional costs. The cleaning fee covers a general cleaning, but if the premises require a deep cleaning due to their condition upon return, additional costs may be incurred.

AMENITIES

The available amenities depend on the building in which you are staying. You can inquire about them by contacting the building manager or by exploring the area. Elevators in buildings typically display signs that show the building manager’s contact number and relevant information. The building may also have by-laws that restrict the use of certain amenities, which must be followed to avoid incurring penalty fees.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

To secure your booking, a security deposit equivalent to 2 weeks’ rent must be paid to the Friendstay’s bank account before your check-in date. This deposit will be held by Friendstay during your stay and will serve as a guarantee for any damages, fees or outstanding payments on your checkout.

During the checkout process, Friendstay will inspect the condition of the property and refund the security deposit within 3 weeks. To ensure that the refund is processed smoothly, please send your bank details to

upon checkout. You will receive an email containing all the necessary information about your security deposit once it is processed.

INTERNET PASSWORD

The login credentials required for internet access are typically inscribed on a label situated beneath the modem. The location of the modem may vary depending on the premises. Most common places are: in the common areas next to the tv, inside the cabinet on top of the fridge or inside a bedroom wardrobe.

INTERNET  NOT  WORKING ?

If the internet is not working follow the steps below:

  • Step 1 –
  •  To begin troubleshooting, please turn OFF the modem and wait for 5 minutes before turning it back ON. It is important to note that RESETTING the modem will erase all configurations, so please DO NOT RESET IT. After turning the modem back on, check if the internet connection is now working. If it is not, please proceed to Step 2.

     

  • Step 2 – 
  • If you are unable to connect to the internet on your current device, please try connecting another device such as a computer, mobile phone or iPad. If none of the devices can connect to the internet, please proceed to Step 3.

     

  • Step 3 –
  •  Requires you to take a photograph of the modem lights and send it to

If your membership does not include bills, you are accountable for connecting internet. Follow the steps below to connect it:


1- Determine the type of connection the building has for Internet. You can verify this information by emailing us at [email protected].

  • Type 1 – 
  • Embedded Network : If your building is an embedded network, the provider has already been appointed by the developer and it cannot be changed. Please note that houses are never embedded networks.

     

  • Type 2 – 
  • Not Embedded Network :  If your building is not an embedded network, any provider can be choosen to connect the utilities.

  • Step 6 – Click on “I don’t need a home phone” if you don’t need one and then click on “Next”

  • Step 8 – As you are on a non-binding contract, you have the freedom to terminate your internet service agreement at any point with a 30-day notification period. However, it is important to note that such contracts necessitate that you acquire or provide your own modem. In the event that you require a second-hand modem, Friendstay can furnish one to you at a cost of $100. Kindly submit a request to

  • Step 9 – Fill in the form with your details. Ensure to choose Renting on occupancy and ACN on where did you hear about us. Please ensure to securely store the password you have defined, as it may be required for future use. Additionally read the terms and conditions.

     

  • Step 10 – Enter your credit card information into the designated form. This card will serve as the payment method for all transactions. Once you confirm the payment, the first payment will be processed immediately. It is important to note that internet services require payment in advance. Therefore, payment must be made before the service can be used. Please ensure that you click on the “Confirm” button only once to avoid multiple charges to your credit card. The approval process may take a few minutes, and you will receive an SMS to the mobile number provided once the transaction has been successfully processed. Additionally, you will receive an email with all details.
WATER CONNECTION

In Australia, it is the responsibility of the property owner to connect the water supply. Therefore, regardless of whether your membership includes or excludes bills, you are not required to connect the water supply.


There are two costs associated with water – water installation and water usage. The property owner is responsible for paying the water installation cost, while the water usage cost will be paid by Friendstay or you, depending on your membership type.

If your membership includes bills, Friendstay will cover the cost of water usage, but please note that this coverage only applies to average consumption levels. If your water usage exceeds what is considered average, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost.

If your membership includes utilities Friendstay will connect them.
If your membership does not include bills you need to establish utility connections.

For Electricity or Gas (also known as hot water), follow the steps below:

 Determine the type of connection the building has for each service ( Electricity, Gas/Hot Water). You can verify this information by emailing us at [email protected].

  • Type 1 –
  •  Embedded Network : If your building is an embedded network, the provider has already been appointed by the developer and it cannot be changed. Please note that houses are never embedded networks.

     

  • Type 2 –
  •  Not Embedded Network :  If your building is not an embedded network, any provider can be choosen to connect the utilities.

Contact the provider for each service

  • For Type 1 – Embedded Network – Contact the provider assigned to the building and connect utilities. You will need the information below:


  • – Full Address
    – Credit Card
    – Personal Details

    *Please note that the Electricity is either ON or Friendstay will ensure that the switch is OFF on Connection Date. Ensure to connect utilities 4 days prior to moving in to avoid connection fees.
        
  • For Type 2 – Not an Embedded Network – You can either connect with your own provider or follow the steps below to connect with our suggested provider, Alinta:

UTILITIES

We offer two types of memberships: one inclusive of bills and the other exclusive of bills. To determine your membership type, kindly refer to your security deposit invoice or reach out to our support team for assistance.

MEMBERSHIPS INCLUSIVE OF BILLS

For memberships inclusive of bills, Friendstay will handle the connection of utilities and cover the cost of average consumption of bills. However, exceeding the average consumption limit will result in additional charges, which will be added to your next invoice. To avoid these charges, please follow these tips:

  • Turn off lights when not in use
  • Use air conditioning and heaters sparingly
  • Keep showers to an appropriate duration
MEMBERSHIPS EXCLUSIVE OF BILLS

If your membership does not include bills, you are accountable for connecting utilities such as electricity, gas and internet. Water connection is not your responsibility as it can only be carried out by the property owner. Please refer to the links below for guidance in connecting these utilities.

KEYS COLLECTION

Friendstay provides one set of keys per bedroom. A set of key can include:


      –  1 Front door key
      –  1 Fob/ Swipe Card to access the building and the elevator

Friendstay provides one mailbox per premises. This is usually located on the first drawer in the kitchen or inside the TV Unit and it is shared between all flatmates

If you have lost your keys, identify the key you have lost and follow the “next steps” column.

To request an additional set of keys, please email [email protected] with the key details ( as per the table above), your full name, and address. Please note that approval for an additional set of keys is subject to both property owner and building manager approval and cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, there is a cost associated with the additional keys, which will be added to your next invoice for payment.
