Initially, we permitted our housemates to handle their own cleaning upon check-out as a means of assisting with relocation expenses. However, this approach unfortunately proved insufficient in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness we strive to uphold.
Consequently, as of September 2022, an exit cleaning fee has been instituted in line with industry norms. We have since established an in-house cleaning team dedicated to ensuring a consistently high standard of service at a competitive rate compared to external providers. We encourage all residents to assess the cleanliness standards upon check-in and to notify us promptly if any adjustments are necessary.
